Generally speaking, we do not offer refunds in most scenarios. However, we value every one of our Shroom Wave members and will always work with you to find a solution that everyone can be happy with. Any refunds would be issued on a case-by-case basis to ensure customer satisfaction.

If you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact our sales team right away. We will need you to send your product back; so if you try it and you don’t like it, don’t consume any more of it. To reimburse you for the product, we need to get the product back so we can review the returned product with its respective producer.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover return shipping costs should you choose to send your product back to us. If your product is defective or incorrect, please take a photo of it and email it to us and we will take it from there.
Please note that all refunds will take between 3-5 days to process.
